Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
Accounting Task (Full loop)
- Issue Tax Invoice, Receipt, delivery Order (DO), Invoice, and Billing Note
- Check and record payments from customers
- Monitor overdue accounts and manage follow-ups
- Prepare the Monthly Aged Receivable details report
- Issue Free Sample Invoice (NCI), including cost calculation
- Make payments via petty cash and bank (voucher creation, Dr/Cr, WHT handling)
- Arrange documents to input accrued expenses
- Record and adjust financial statements in the accounting system to align with the accounting firm
- Maintain petty Cash records and act as the petty Cash keeper
- Input data for E-filing and government reports (P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53, P.N.D.54, P.N.D. 51, P.N.D. 50, PP.30, PP.36)
- Support Annual general meeting (AGM) processes
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit
- Generate Monthly AR/AP reports
- Generate a monthly cost sheet, stock card, and inventory
Administrative Tasks:
- Manages office operations, supports facility needs, handles office Procurement, and coordinates with building management, vendors, and internal staff.
- Coordinate with landlord for TM30 application, prepare and submit 90-day reports
- File and maintain administrative documents
- Other duties assigned

Requirements

< Necessary Skill / Experience >


- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting in a trading company or manufacturing company in a related field.
- have Experience in administrative tasks
- Conversation middle level of English ( to use for internal meeting, email, and documents)
- Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vlookup
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent multitasker
- Strong coordinating
- Flexible and adaptable person

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Experience in a small Japanese trading company is beneficial.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP or Express)

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
