Design monthly, quarterly, special sales incentive scheme, entertainment budget and payment condition including revise aforementioned accordingly with dynamic business strategy
Analyze and present sales incentive expenses in monthly meeting with executive along with give a suggestion to improve more efficient.
Forecast incentive with excel or financial model.
Train all incentive scheme to sales and update learning kits such as presentation, 1 page pare, online test etc.
Develop subordinate meeting the competence as required with their position and succeed.
Answer incentive issue when receive asking.
Requirements
Male or Female, age 32 years old or above.
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Statistic or related field
At least 5 years experience in sales incentive design and calculation, data validation, expenses forecasting and budget management / analysis.
Minimum 2 years experience in subordinate management as team leader
.Good knowledge in motivation theory and sales incentive design.
Require good logical thinking, accurate calculation skill, circumspect, flexible, self-confidence, interpersonal skill, well communication and presentation skill, can do attitude and work dedication.
Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and dynamic environment.
