
- Formulating HR Strategy in both short & long-term to support organization moves.
- Developing HR policy and designing organization structure and job evaluation.
- Conducting strategic workforce planning.
- Conducting research to keep abreast of best practices in people area.
- Designing, reviewing, revising and implementing People Tools & Systems.
- Monitoring market movement related to Compensation & Benefits and People Tools & Systems.
- Supporting the people management to management and HR management via HR insights and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- Solid HR concept and ability to align HR to the business.
- Ability to analyze quantitative data is a must
- Systematic thinking and analytical skill is a must.
- Experienced in HR strategy team or involving in HR strategy formulation is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills for the Executives.
- Good command of English
