Responsibilities

The school is looking for a caring, hard-working individual to join the Early Years Centre Team to assist in the care and education of very young children. Early Childhood Assistants are responsible for supporting the Class Teacher in the Early Years Centre to meet the needs of the children (aged from 18 months up to 5 years old).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children and create positive relationships with their parents/carers. ให้การดูแลทางร่างกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และทางสติปัญญาสำหรับเด็ก และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ปกครอง/ผู้ดูแล

• To ensure that all equipment, resources and areas are cleaned regularly and maintained to a high standard. • To undertake daily additional duties as required in line with the assigned duty rota. ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายที่กำหนดตามตารางงาน
• To follow the guidelines in the intimate care policy when assisting children in all intimate care interactions, such as nappy changing, toileting and dressing/undressing. ปฎิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ในนโยบายการดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดเมื่อการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็ก เช่น การเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อม การเข้าห้องน้ำ และการแต่งกายเด็ก
• To know, understand and comply with policy and procedures relating to: safeguarding of children, confidentiality, health and safety, social media use etc. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การปกป้องความปลอดของเด็ก การรักษาความลับ สุขภาพ ความปลอดภัยการใช้สื่อสังคม ฯลฯ
• To set up and clear indoor and outdoor areas and resources on a daily basis under the direction of the group leader.

• To recognise when children are in danger of risk or harm, take action to protect them and report any concerns to relevant staff. ตระหนักว่าเมื่อเด็กอยู่ในอันตรายของความเสี่ยงหรืออันตราย เจ้าหน้าที่พี่เลี้ยงเด็กจะทำการปกป้องเด็กและรายงานให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ

Requirements

• Experience dealing with young children. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับเด็ก
• Ability to work well in a team. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
• Able to communicate in English. สามารถสื่อสารในภาษาอังกฤษได้
• Patience, stamina and good interpersonal skills. มีความอดทน แข็งแรงและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
