1.Develop and drive the company's Lean transformation strategy in alignment with business objectives.
2.Implement and sustain Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, SMED, TPM, and Poka-Yoke.
3.Identify and eliminate waste (TIMWOODS: Transport, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, Skills underutilization) across operations.
4.Promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement throughout all departments.
5.Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and Lean training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
- Proven experience in leading Lean transformations and cultural change initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Power BI, Minitab, ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and change management.
