Payroll
- Check attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
- Calculate and update applicable additions and deductions such as allowance, provident fund, and other deductions ordered etc.
- Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required.
- Prepare daily report and record the time attendance and prepare overtime report.
- Preparing all monthly HR reports as requested.
GA
- Arrange and monitoring shuttle buses for employees Take care of the staff transportation to be safe. Take care and prepare a report on the transportation cost of the employees correctly.
- Supervise maids on general cleaning services of the building as and when required and monitoring the work of other general affairs matters (housekeepers, company premises, factory cleaning, canteen Uniform and Stationery for completely their routine tasks.
- Follow up on administrative work to facilitate the care of the factory, office, nursing room.
- Inspect and take care of equipment in the factory to be efficient and ready to use, Canteen, drinking water, equipment's, environments, First Aids Room (Medicine and equipment's) etc.
- Control & cooperate in organizing activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
