Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Define clear marketing goals and KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee the development and management of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to improve positioning.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation within the team. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
Creative and Artwork Team Management:
- Oversee the creative and artwork team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Guide the development of visually compelling and engaging marketing materials across all channels.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track expenditures and optimize campaigns to remain within budget constraints.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Monitor analytics and optimize digital channels for better performance and audience engagement.
Customer Relation Management:
- Drive strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones through targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.
New Product Development:
- Collaborate with the product development team to conduct market research and identify opportunities for new products.
- Develop marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful introduction to the market.
Visual Merchandising:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail stores and showrooms, creating an engaging and immersive brand experience.
- Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays, promotions, and branding elements.
Partnership Network Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with Sales, Brands and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product launches.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and promotional efforts.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Use data to inform decisions and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
