Lead, consult, and supervise staff for troubleshooting
Review and prevent problems, including ad-hoc customer meetings
Familiarity with enterprise networks and system infrastructure
Configure and maintain various network and system devices, including Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewall, Windows Server, WSUS, and DNS
Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Work effectively under pressure and handle additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Male or Female, 27 - 40 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management
Experience with cabling or network infrastructure projects
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency in project management tools: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet (Project planning and scheduling), ITIL (IT Service Management best practices), Agile & Scrum methodologies (Sprint planning, ceremonies)
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) – Data analysis and reporting
Power BI, Tableau – Data visualization for project tracking
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good command of English
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability
