1. Prepare and manage shipment documents, invoices, packing lists, and B/L FTA forms. Checking the accuracy of import-export documents
2. Handing import and export shipments and coordinating with the suppliers from abroad, freight forwarding agents, customs clearance brokers, and internal departments.
3. Responsible for control proceedings both import and export customs formalities clearance and related government parties.
4. Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed.
5. To perform other job-related duties as assigned.
1. Only Females, aged 24-35 years.
2. Experience in Logistics, import-export, shipping carrier, and freight forwarder warehouse business.
3. Strong knowledge of FTA (From D, E, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification.
4. Strong command of speaking and writing in English
5. Strong interpersonal, responsibility, hardworking, and cooperation with all levels including management.
6. Expert in computer skills, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
**Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
