Job Description/Scope:
1. Oversee all personnel management processes, such as recruitment, training, compensation, evaluation, and personnel development.
2. Analyze employee skill development needs and design personnel development projects.
3. Analyze and design projects to promote good relationships between employees and management.
4. Support the development and creation of a good organizational culture.
5. Oversee operations to comply with labor laws and company regulations.
6. Oversee safety, occupational health, and work environment in collaboration with relevant departments.
