
- Receive customer requirements and transfer complete information to the operation teams
- Coordinator between Sale and Operation teams and Customers to align.
- Communicate with Customers via line, whatsapp, wechat, email and phone call.
- Find new customers and keep relationships with current customers.
- The overall status tracking of each service and customer reporting is consistent with actual shop floor results.
- Issue quotations, Follow up POs, Placing Invoices.
- Input tracking sales status.
- Online marketing to promote the company via social media.
- Report directly to Head Office Manager.
