Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and sales strategies for domestic and international markets
- Set marketing budgets, sales targets, KPIs, and conduct market research for the Thai food industry
- Plan campaigns aligned with revenue growth and business expansion goals
Sales Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive online sales revenue growth across all digital channels and platforms
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for e-commerce channels
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans
- Manage P&L for online sales channels and ensure profitability
- Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue
Budget Control & ROI Optimization
- Plan and control marketing and sales budgets across all digital channels
Monitor marketing spend and ensure optimal ROI for all campaigns
Allocate budget effectively across platforms based on performance data
Track cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and profitability metrics
Report on budget utilization and financial performance regularly
E-Commerce & Platform Management
Manage presence on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, eBay, and company website
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and conversion rates
Negotiate with platform partners for better deals, promotions, and visibility
Drive online sales growth across all platforms
Content & Social Media
Create content strategy for recipes, cooking videos, and brand storytelling
Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, YouTube)
Develop localized content for different markets
Execute influencer and KOL partnerships to drive engagement and sales
Digital Advertising & SEO
Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO campaigns
Implement email marketing for customer retention and promotions
Maximize ROI across all paid channels while controlling acquisition costs
Analytics & Reporting
Track sales performance, marketing metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data
Report on KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, ROI, and budget performance
Provide actionable recommendations for sales and marketing improvement
Team Leadership
Manage digital marketing and online sales team
Collaborate with Sales, Export, and Product Development teams
Coordinate with external agencies and platform account managers
Stay current on digital marketing and e-commerce trends in food industry
