1. นำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงิน สินเชื่อ บัตรเครดิตกรุงศรีและประกันหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่ม กรุงศรีคอนซูมเมอร์ให้แก่ลูกค้าที่สนใจสมัคร
1. นำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงิน สินเชื่อ บัตรเครดิตกรุงศรีและประกันหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่ม กรุงศรีคอนซูมเมอร์ให้แก่ลูกค้าที่สนใจสมัคร
2. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียด และความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบการสมัครทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ของลูกค้า เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับฝ่ายพิจารณาอนุมัติ หรือฝ่ายวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ
3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้บังคับบัญชาตามสายงาน และสำนักงานใหญ่ในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายพิจารณาอนุมัติ, ศูนย์การบริการลูกค้า เพื่อเป็นการบริการและอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
4. รับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ / ให้ความช่วยเหลือในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการจากลูกค้า เพื่อประสานงานดำเนินการแก้ไขตามขั้นตอนของบริษัทฯต่อไป
5. สามารถทำงานได้ภายในพื้นที่ในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ
6. ให้ความช่วยเหลือและคำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าสำหรับทุกปัญหาที่พบ
ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 20 - 35 ปี
วุฒิ ม.6 - ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
มีประสบการณ์งานขาย 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป เช่น บัตรเครดิต ประกันชีวิต สินเชื่อเงินสด PC BA Sale หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง, มีใจรักในงานด้านบริการและการขาย
สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่องในระดับสามารถใช้งานได้จริง เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel, การรับ-ส่ง E-Mail
