Business : Leading company to provide loss adjustment services
Location : Sathorn, Bangkok
Salary : 18,000 - 20,000 THB. (Based on experience)
Business Day : Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 17.30
The duties listed below are intended as illustrations of various types of work scope that may be performed, subject to assignment. Training is provided.
- Answers and responds incoming calls in professional manner, as appropriate.
- Arranges outgoing mails, claim reports or the like to customers (Insurers, brokers, etc.) via company delivery system.
- Sorts incoming mails, parcels and delivers to staff as appropriate.
- Maintains various logs and records of mails/parcels received or sent in the delivery record.
- Opens new claim in the company claim system and prepares claim file for loss adjuster
- Types and issues claim reports, together with claim supporting documents, as per customers request in timely fashion, as well as responds to customer emails or correspondences as appropriate.
- **Audio typing is a plus, but training can be provided
- Checks claim number once available, as well as other information required by loss adjuster.
- Records report logs in the related spreadsheets and in the company claim system correctly and in timely fashion. (Claim register, OIC register, Outstanding Claim list, etc.)
- Updates claim data in the company claim system, uploads data to company server and/or as assigned by customers. (Vanguard system)
- Arranges travel, car rent and hotel accommodation
- Prepares PowerPoint presentation upon request
- **Records minutes of meetings in Thai or English
- Prepares monthly claim bordereaux to customers on a monthly basis and/or on particular special projects, or the like.
- Provides other office administrative support to loss adjusters and/or related department, upon request. (i.e. stationery control and purchase, pantry purchase, file storage management, contact government sectors where required, etc.)
- **Performs special projects as assigned occasionally by management.
