Developing strategies to attract new clients and identifying potential leads.
Conduct market analysis to identify customer preferences and competitor strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging markets.
Identify and pursue opportunities for new zone, concepts, and services. Evaluate potential business ventures and create feasibility studies and business plans.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns for new zone.
Analyze customer feedback to refine offerings and enhance guest experiences
Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate business performance, set KPIs, and drive informed decision-making. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Monitor and report on business development initiatives and their ROI. Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Marketing and related fields.
At least 5 years working experience of business development in real estate developer or other related business.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in company valuation, due diligence, and feasibility analysis.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business execution and problem-solving.
Proven track record in leading strategic projects, investment analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
