- Expand franchise business opportunities and build a customer base in Laos.
- Maintain good and lasting relationships with customers.
- Present the franchise model and business investment opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and execute planned strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Experience in franchise sales or the hospitality industry will be a special advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the business market and culture in Laos.
- Fluent in written and spoken Lao and Thai.
- Good English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Valid work permit in Thailand.
- Possess a personal car and a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to learn new things.
