Responsibilities

Human Resource Development (HRD):

Plan and implement annual training and development programs aligned with the company’s business goals.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design competency-based development plans.
Design and organize in-house training programs and coordinate with external trainers or institutes.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (Training Evaluation & ROI).
Manage the Performance Appraisal system and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
Continuously research and update new HRD trends, learning innovations, and modern tools — such as Digital Learning, Upskilling/Reskilling, and AI-driven HR solutions — to enhance organizational learning efficiency.

Organization Development (OD):

Participate in organization structure design and career path development.
Drive OD initiatives such as Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning, and Competency Framework.
Analyze and present organizational data to support strategic improvement plans.
Promote and drive corporate culture and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with management and department heads to implement strategic OD projects.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD and/or OD roles.
Strong knowledge of training design, competency management, performance management, and employee engagement.
Passionate about learning and keeping up with the latest HR, Learning & Development, and Organizational Transformation trends.
Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems or HR Tech platforms is an advantage.
