Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between developers and homeowners, facilitating clear communication and building strong relationships.
Manage and monitor outsourced services, including security, cleaning, and landscaping, ensuring service providers adhere to agreed-upon standards and contracts. Evaluate performance and address any service issues promptly.
Oversee common area management, planning and executing activities that enhance the community environment and resident engagement. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, financial, and resident interactions.
Plan and manage the usage of village facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and accessible to residents.
Handle resident complaints and coordinate timely solutions, ensuring resident satisfaction.
Monitor and enforce village rules and regulations, ensuring compliance.
Oversee the implementation and enforcement of security protocols to ensure resident safety.

Requirements

Knowledge of village supporting documents, repair, and maintenance work, including building systems, maintenance procedures, and contract management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in village management or a related field.
Strong interaction and coordination skills to effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
Impressive personality with a strong service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle situations effectively under pressure.
Positive attitude and open-mindedness to change.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Understanding of relevant property laws and regulations.
