1.Conduct risk assessment for business process and gather information of all working process to set up or update the control activities and preparation of Risk Control Matrix of all required process
2.Conduct Self- Assessment for business process including review related departments operation regarding company level control, financial closing, purchase, sales, and inventory control process to ensure the effectiveness of internal control
3.Coordinate with related department for internal control system improvement
4.Supporting related department to establish and review the regulations or procedure required for business operation for control improvement.
5.Control documents regarding internal control system including review the related procedure to ensure the consistency between actual operation and established procedure, flowchart etc. as well as keep related documents up to date.
6.Supporting manager for internal control activities.
7.Coordinate with related department and gather required information for supporting internal audit and compliance audit
8.Other tasks as assigned.
Male or Female, age 30-40 years
Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting only
Experience not less than 3 years in direct compliance roles or other concern
Must able to communicate/Writing/Reading in English
Good analytical skill and abilities to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
Japanese skill will be specially considered
