Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and promote the company's brand identity.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand the preferences of the target audience, current market trends, and the branding activities of competitors.
Define and maintain brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of communication, ensuring consistent application across all communication materials.
Oversee brand messaging and positioning, ensuring uniformity throughout all marketing and advertising campaigns.
Evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns, regularly providing reports and insights to management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify fresh opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute branding projects and campaigns, including managing budgets and adhering to timelines.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field, with a master's degree being preferable.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles, ideally in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in both Thai and English for effective written and verbal communication, enabling the creation of compelling brand messaging and efficient idea presentation.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with IT/Digital marketing strategies and platforms, such as social media, content marketing, and SEO, is highly advantageous.
