- Monitoring systems and network infrastructure/device to ensure system availability
- Basis network and system troubleshooting, daily system monitoring
- Respond to and resolve critical server, application and system alerts.
- Coordinate with technicians, follow up and coordinate until the job can be closed in the specified time.
- Report all service-impacting issues of detection.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Computer science, engineering, information or related field.
- Experience 2 - 5Y+
- Basis in Leadership, Communication, Negotiation and systems and Network Infrastructure.
- Coordinate, oversee, analyze and maintain computer systems.
- Skill System Engineering and Network Security
- Ability to document processes and procedures related to systems operators, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
