
1. Lead parts sales teams in region to achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Manage and track sales record of individual sales representative and branch.
3. Analyze and suggest guidelines to generate and increase sales to the central management team to know.
4. Coordinate with Head Quarter to manage customer accounts for regional and branch sales representative.
5. Plan and make strategies to boost parts sales, as well as after service sales on heavy machine products.
6. Evaluate the performance of branch managers and branch sales representative.
7. Support branch need for manpower and training.
8. Be the sound of branches to gather opinions and suggestions from branch people and present to the central management team.
- Age 35-45 years.
- BS. or higher in Management, Engineering, Business or related field from reputation universities.
- Min. 5 years experience in heavy machine / auto industry is preferable.
- Skills on sales coverage management, sales funnel management, and sales coaching.
- Natural leader personality, problem solving, excellent communication.
- Able to travel to responsible branches all the time.
- Capability in Computer literate in MS Office, Words, Excel, Power Point, as well as calculation analytical skill.
