Personnel Records Management
- Record, organize, and maintain employee files for new hires.
- Update records for employees completing probation, including contract type and compensation adjustments.
- Record employee termination/resignation (offboarding process).
- Update changes in employee position or employment level.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and prepare documentation for contract renewals and file management.
Time Attendance Management
- Verify daily time attendance records of employees.
- Check accuracy of overtime (OT) records.
- Prepare reports on OT hours exceeding company policy.
- Coordinate and follow up on relevant documents with related departments.
Payroll Input & Deductions
- Verify and process earnings and deduction documents.
- Input earnings and deductions into the HR system.
- Process payroll and validate accuracy of payroll data.
Employee Cost & Benefit Administration
- Prepare monthly and yearly documents for payment related to Social Security and personal income tax.
- Submit Social Security registration and resignation forms (e.g., Form 1-03, 6-09), and coordinate medical card updates.
- Coordinate with Workmen’s Compensation Fund for submitting Form Kor Thor 16, Kor Thor 44 and handle reimbursement claims.
- Submit required documents for the employment of persons with disabilities.
- Coordinate and support documentation for foreign worker employment.
- Coordinate the renewal of corporate insurance policies (health, accident, and life insurance).
- Prepare and manage claim documents for medical expenses, accident claims, and death benefits.
- Coordinate and support the issuance and replacement of insurance cards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor law and social security regulations.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
