Drive and Sustain Strategic Initiative
• Work with GTM to develop implementation plans for all sales initiatives as per AOP
• Analyze sales data and provide a recommendation with action to drive key business objectives
• Develop & Drive distributor management processes (removed DM duty?)
• Lead the implementation within the region, identify areas of improvement and establish corrective plans as necessary
• Work with GTM, Trade Mkt, Sales team and Sales Capabilities to drive key business objectives i.e. route expansion, effective trade programs
• Monitor & control distributor ROI, subsidy and incentives budget (DM?)
• Be the subject matter expert on building business advantage i.e. automated routing, HH and other sales tools by leveraging customer level data and validated outlet opportunities ?
• Develop and implement GTM guidelines and sustain the different GTM mosaics within the region
• Plan and implement distribution infrastructure quality for future growth (DM)
• Work With sales team in region to drive AS&D KPI (i.e. % strike rate, SKU/bill)
Change Management
• Identify training requirement for new GTM model and define a detailed Change Management execution plan to drive the implementation in alignment with RSM
• Clearly articulate preparation work and requirement for the GTM guidelines in full alignment with RSM
Coaching and Development
• Ensure productive on-boarding process of Distributor Executive and AS&D team within region
• Ensure productive of DCR on-boarding process by DE in the region
• Help to facilitate a create action plan for sales gap or issues by coaching Distributor Executive
