Responsibilities• Formulate an equipment management plan and implement all tasks in accordance with the plan;
• Be clear about the product, process and other situations, fully understand the automation design plan and principles, and be familiar with the operation of the human-machine interface;
• When the equipment malfunctions, the cause can be analyzed and investigated in a timely manner, and restored promptly;
• Ensure the normal operation of the equipment to avoid affecting the output;
• When encountering problems that cannot be solved, it is possible to communicate and discuss with the Shenzhen automation team;
• Summarize and analyze cases of equipment anomalies to form a knowledge base;
• Other tasks assigned by the leader;
Requirements• College degree or above in mechanical automation, mechatronics or related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance, anomaly analysis and management of automated equipment;
• Familiar with the structure of non-standard automated equipment, and proficient in the application of common automated standard parts and anomaly analysis;
• Familiar with the electrical principles of non-standard automated equipment, able to understand electrical wiring diagrams, and proficient in wiring of electrical components such as motion control cards, servo drives, and stepper drives, as well as troubleshooting the causes of electrical abnormalities in non-standard automated equipment;
• Strong logical thinking and learning ability, with good communication skills and team spirit.
