What You’ll Do

Build and lead BKA’s Listing Team (Senior – Junior – Trainee) into a top-producing powerhouse

Drive strategy for property acquisition and consignment across Bangkok

Close high-value deals and represent BKA as the #1 name in pre-owned homes

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experienced real estate professional with 5–7 years in the industry (agency, brokerage, or related field)

Proven team leader with at least 2–3 years in management and experience building a team from scratch

Deep understanding of Bangkok & Greater Bangkok markets

Expertise in single houses / townhouses / condominiums

Skilled in negotiation, strategy, talent scouting, and networking
