Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Supply Chain Executive to pioneer new sourcing projects for agricultural products. In this role, you will take ownership from the ground up — identifying potential produce categories, sourcing local suppliers and farms, and developing supply chains that align with our company’s business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing projects for new agricultural products to expand market opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, farms, and local processors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and product specifications with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, and Management) to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Conduct market research to understand raw material trends, quality standards, and industry movements.
- Oversee supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and cost analysis related to sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in agricultural or fresh produce industry (import/export, sourcing, or production).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in project management or new product development is a plus.
- Understanding of the fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel upcountry to visit suppliers and farms.
