The EPG Innovation Center Co., Ltd. (EIC) is a subsidiary of the Eastern Polymer Group (Public) Co., Ltd. The center is located at 111/1 Moo 2 Tumbol Makhamku, Amphur Nikompattana, Rayong, Thailand.
The EPG Innovation center was originally established to provide research and development services for the companies in Eastern Polymer Group (Public) Co., Ltd. With the latest technology, testing equipment, procedures and experienced experts, EIC is now able to provide testing and materials analysis services for products and processes involving rubber, plastic, metal, ceramics, foods and beverages packaging and automotive parts for both domestic and organizations. EIC also provides services for the calibration of testing equipment. All testing and analysis services are performed according to generally accepted international standards.
Overview :
Support and manage innovation and industrial technology development projects. Focus on planning, supervising, and controlling the development of new products to align with customer and market demands. Ensure progress reporting, manage product changes/improvements, and mitigate risks within the team under quality system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze product requirements from OEM clients, Sales, and Marketing
- Define design concepts, technical specifications, and product standards
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and product sample analysis
- Develop testing plans and manage concept design reviews
- Supervise prototype development and ensure compliance with automotive standards
- Coordinate patent registration and provide relevant information
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions
- Investigate product issues and oversee design improvement solutions
