- Assist and work closely with HR Business Partner Manager to develop and lead HR companywide projects and execute HR strategy to ensure alignment of business direction
- Act as HR Business Partner, working closely with HR Business Partner Manager to operate
overall HR functions.
- Assist HR manager to implement HR strategies and New HR Tools to align with the company
strategic goals.
- Responsible for diagnosing and design Organization development.
- Plan and monitor to ensure effectiveness of Performance Management Process.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and Job Descriptions for all
positions.
- Facilitate People & Capabilities Review to build organization capabilities/ effectiveness for
business growth and enhance talent bench strengths and pipeline for business growth.
- Work with HR Business Partner Manager to deliver learning & development solutions to
enhance individual and organization capabilities and leadership development.
- Responsible for recommending, implementing, and communicating Compensation & Benefits
policies and processes. Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation.
- Maintain human resource information systems records ensuring data accuracy and compiles
reports from the database. Responsible for delivering HR reporting analytics.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
