Responsibilities

Support the ideation and media planning of strategic initiatives.
Operate and execute company communications and media plan to ensure that the creative works and fits into channel & platform with the right moment and targeted group in order to address the business objectives.
Ensure effective company communications, and media relations and strategically implement crisis communications.
In charge of handling public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding.
Work across the team to produce effective marketing campaigns.
Monitor and help manage customer feedback and interaction across media channels.
Support media and display ad operations during campaign periods.
Support real-time content and communications by displaying ads.
Analyze results of PR & communication campaigns or efforts and prepare reports.
Building relationships, networking, and activities with the media.
Liaising with internal departments and the media, to release news and projects.
Monitor the effectiveness of the communication/PR program and modify it as necessary against achievement and against changing corporate aims.

Requirements

At least 1-3 years of experience in PR and communication or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field.
Solid experience in social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker.
Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions.
Excellent communication in English and Thai in both verbal and written.
