Product Manager

• Own features, modules, or product areas end-to-end
• Define and maintain product requirements (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Prioritize backlog and plan work aligned with team and business goals
• Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive product improvements using user feedback and product metrics
• Ensure product quality, usability, and scalability
• Support and mentor junior Product Managers when needed

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or related roles
• Proven experience working with Developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to translate problems into clear, actionable product requirements
• Comfortable using data, metrics, and customer insight to guide decisions
• Good communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Agile / Scrum product development
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
• Experience owning features or product areas at scale
• Background in digital products, platforms, or tech-driven environments
