We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Owner to lead the direction, development, and continuous improvement of our products. You will play a key role in identifying user pain points, defining product strategies, managing the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and objectives of the company’s products in alignment with overall business goals.
- Identify user pain points and requirements, and translate them into clear product features and solutions.
- Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, ensuring the development team is always aligned and focused.
- Plan and oversee product development using the Scrum methodology, defining sprint goals and priorities.
- Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Continuously optimize and evolve the user journey to deliver a seamless and satisfying product experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Development, Design, QA, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve operational processes, boosting team efficiency and overall product quality.
