Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Owner to lead the direction, development, and continuous improvement of our products. You will play a key role in identifying user pain points, defining product strategies, managing the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and objectives of the company’s products in alignment with overall business goals.
• Identify user pain points and requirements, and translate them into clear product features and solutions.
• Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, ensuring the development team is always aligned and focused.
• Plan and oversee product development using the Scrum methodology, defining sprint goals and priorities.
• Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Continuously optimize and evolve the user journey to deliver a seamless and satisfying product experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Development, Design, QA, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve operational processes, boosting team efficiency and overall product quality.

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Solid understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX (User Experience) principles and the ability to translate them into product improvements.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to manage priorities for yourself and your team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a forward-thinking approach that fits well with a dynamic company culture.
• A proactive learner who is open to feedback and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
