About the Role:
Assisting lawyers in preparing for trials, including legal research, organizing necessary documents, managing and presenting information, preserving data, investigating case facts, as well as taking and recording testimonies for use as evidence in court.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, giving opinions and advice. (Thai and English)
- Managing all kind of corporate law.
- Making sure the company’s business activities are in alignment with the related corporate legal provisions.
- Providing legal advice or opinion in relation to the Company’s business activities and ensuring that the legal risks will have been identified.
- Reviewing, drafting and analyzing contracts and other legal documentations of our subsidiary entities.
- Assisting team to conducting legal research and providing legal advice, legal seminars and assisting all legal issues of our subsidiary companies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the auditing team to audit the subsidiary companies in Thailand and overseas on legal activities.
- Being able to upkeep with all new laws and regulations that may have implications to our subsidiary entities.
- Providing general legal support to team leaders and other colleagues.
- Handling ad hoc assignments.
