HR Officer
Thai Nippon Steel Engineering & Construction Corporation Co.,Ltd.- Manage employee welfare and benefits, including medical benefits, uniforms, and other employee-related services.
- Handle reimbursement and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate and arrange annual health check-ups for employees.
- Administer employee provident fund / welfare fund and related documentation.
- Support HR administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle and benefits management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Support other HR duties as assigned.
- Maintain Labor Law compliance concerning welfare benefits, employment contracts, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Sciences or any other related fields.
- 2 years of experiences related to the job function.
- Computer skills of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge understanding of Labor laws, Employee benefits,
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
