Outside Sales Supervisor
Senko Advanced Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers worldwide (Automotive Industry)
- Develop effective sales strategies and present them to management
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and report results
- Travel to visit customers approximately 70–80% of working time
- Identify and create new business opportunities, mainly in the automotive market
- Advise senior management on business opportunities and potential supply chains
- Support the quotation process between suppliers and customers
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for changing customer needs
- Research and recommend new products to expand the company’s portfolio
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat and growing sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Proven experience in outside sales or the automotive industry
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of automotive supply chain processes
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving goals
- Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently with leadership qualities
- Good communication skill both Thai and English (TOEIC 750+ is prefered)
