Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brands branding calendar, campaigns, and business goals.

Platform Management: Manage social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Line) by posting timely, engaging, and relevant content.

Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and trends while maintaining the brand's tone and voice.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and click-throughs; prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers and graphic designers to create engaging multimedia content such as posts, videos, and stories.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences to ensure innovative strategies.

Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to amplify content reach and achieve advertising goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media planning, management, or digital marketing, preferably in a media or digital environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., OUR TOOLS).
Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, (OUR TOOLS).
Experience in paid ad campaigns (Google Ads/ LINE Official Broadcasts).
Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, audience-focused content.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tight deadlines.
