1. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
2. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
3. Systematically filing important company documents.
4. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
5. Producing internal company documents and communication material for employees.
6. Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administration.
7. Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.
8. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as need.
9. Support recruitment process, publish and remove job ads, review candidate’s profile
10. Update internal databases with new hire information and Arranging onboarding program.
11. Develop training and onboarding material.
12. Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely reimbursement disbursal.
13. Supporting the HR department and HR manager directly.
14. Handle visa and work permit services for expatriate employees.
15. Perform any orders by the superiors effectively or in a timely manner.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation, SSO etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A good HR & Admin Officer possesses solid organizational skills, familiarity with HR functions. attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Language Skill: English : Good (Chinese skill will be more advantage)
