1. Import & Export item classification.
2. Pre-declare export quantity for Form E (or other forms of C/Os) and amend declared quantity
once loading complete.
3. Prepare and collect and verify commercial and Customs clearance document. Ensure
documents are on time, complete and accurate.
4. Compile Customs declaration sheets, Certificate of Origins, Phytosanitary Certificate and
any other required documents, issue draft copies for Customer's verification and
confirmation.
5. Issue original documents and send to designated recipient once customer confirmed and
verified draft documents.
6. Keep documents organized.
7. Other import & export declaration related tasks and keep communicating with related parties
to ensure operations efficiency.
8. Manage daily work and report to line manager.
1. Customs broker license with customs broker certificate it’s a must.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience
3. Be familiar with the customs code (HS code) and duty fee & Tax of each type of imported
products, as well as the relevant procedures of import and export declaration
- Accommodation allowance (in other provinces)
