-Identify and target potential clients interested in purchasing properties.
-Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers.
-Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agencies to facilitate property sales.
-Source potential agencies for partnership and onboarding, negotiating terms and conditions for collaboration.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and support throughout the buying process.
-Prepare and manage sales agreements, and other documentation for clients.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (training will be provided).
-Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for clients after purchase.
-Demonstrate a strong service mindset and a results-driven approach to client satisfaction
*Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant or in a related role.
*Candidates to be fully fluent in Russian, Advanced English.
*Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
*A customer-focused approach.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
