Responsibilities

Proficient in creating ID drawings with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience or overseeing the team in preparing accurate designs.
Capable of reading, writing emails, and communicating in English with the team, clients, and consultants for effective collaboration.
Prepare architectural drawings for construction and interior design projects.
Enjoys learning and embracing new challenges.
Able to travel for site-specific ARCH/ID detailed drawings as a temporary ID contractor, both domestically and internationally if necessary.
Skilled in coordinating with design teams, consultants, on-site teams, and suppliers for material coordination, sample preparation, owner presentation approval, and understanding/preparing RFA/RFI/RFP/MAR/SI documentation formats for each project.
Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills, resilience, and problem-solving agility in the workplace and with the company.
Act as the main consultant and coordinator for architectural and interior design, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise the construction of architectural and interior projects to ensure they follow the design effectively.
Review and ensure the accuracy of drawings before submission to relevant teams.
Modify and develop designs based on project requirements.
Oversee design development and construction control to ensure quality execution.
Manage Drafting Team to complete work according to project timelines.
Solve immediate problems effectively and maintain good coordination with internal and external teams.
Handle time management and work under pressure efficiently.

Requirements

Age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher other relevant field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in design and drafting, preferably in construction design development
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other related design programs
Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Knowledge: Strong understanding of design standards, building materials, architecture, and interior decoration
Excellent communication skills to work with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams
Ability to solve immediate problems efficiently
Creative and proactive mindset
Additional Advantages:
Experience in hotel or commercial building projects
Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office tools
Holds a valid architect’s license
Willing to travel and work outside the area as per project requirements
