Develop and present yearly, quarterly, half-year, and monthly online media plans and strategies to internal and external teams.
Plan, create, publish, and share engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to:
Build meaningful customer connections
Increase brand awareness and followers
Encourage user engagement with the brand
Drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce website and physical store
Support marketing campaigns
Develop and execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns on social media.
Report performance on a yearly, quarterly, half-year, and monthly basis, and present findings to both internal and external teams.
Capture, report, and analyze relevant social data/metrics to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
Manage high volumes of daily social media posts, and communicate with followers, responding to queries via post comments in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content creators, video editors, product managers, and the sales team.
Receive briefs from internal and external teams (in English meetings), develop a media plan to meet objectives, present the plan, execute, and report results with key learnings and next steps.
Optimize social media platforms to:
Boost content visibility and customer engagement
Increase traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms and in-store
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Experience in an agency, brand, or marketing environment. Experience in Biddable or Performance teams is a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of social media best practices and ads optimization (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.).
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and social media management tools (e.g., Facebook Creator Studio, LINE Official Account Manager, etc.).
Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Understanding of the online customer journey and online to offline journey.
Proficiency in Excel.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of campaign tracking and measurement tools, such as UTM and Bitly.
