Responsibilities

Training and Development.
Faciltator in corporate training.
Summarize learning and development data report.
Draft documents related to foreign employees / Visitors.
Summary of the meeting / training.
Translate the content in training.
Translate for Thai / Foreign staff.
Arrange welcoming preparations that meet customer / visitor needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
At lease 0-2 years up experience in Human Resource Development or related.
Good knowledge and ability of the English language will be advantage.
Knowledge in HRD, HRM, Competency, KPI, Learning Design Tools & Platform, Foreigner customers welcoming is prefer.
Always has challenges and liked to develop new things.
Strong in Leadership skill.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Good command of English and computer literacy. (A TOEIC score of 500 or above will be an advantage.)
Able to work at Lopburi. (14.800588,100.911634)
Five-day work week. (Have Housing and Upcountry allowance)
