Senior Legal Associate
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling all in-house legal matters and providing company secretarial and supporting IPO-related legal and regulatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on business transactions, contracts, and day-to-day operations.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including MOUs, NDAs, agreements in both Thai and English.
- Coordinate board meetings for subsidiary entities, provide governance advice, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely circulation to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the IPO filing process with SET and SEC, prepare and review disclosure documents, coordinate due diligence, and ensure compliance with pre- and post-listing regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external legal advisors, financial advisors, underwriters, auditors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate legal and IPO-related processes.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, monitor regulatory updates, and support the development of internal policies and corporate governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal field, preferably in a law firm, or in-house legal department with expertise in commercial and corporate law.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
