- Responsible for the sales targets and the overall of skincare brands as assigned
- Manage budget, A&P spending and ensure sales forecast accuracy manages overall launch supports and brands' marketing campaign such as promotion, special events, gift with purchase, samples, printed, product display, media exposure and in-store supports and inventory management
- Plans new products and promotional materials
- Analyze sales data and business KPI's regularly and adjust business strategy and promotion activities with annual sales targets
- Analyze and evaluate the result of promotion package and marketing campaign
- Coordinate with sales team, merchandising, logistic, graphic, production, accounting, call center, public relation
- Coordinate and support with Sales team (all channel), trade marketing, promotion.
