-Coordinate and support project activities to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
-Assist the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
-Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.
- project progress, risks, and issues, and provide timely updates and status reports.
-Manage and organize project-related documents, contracts, and administrative tasks.
-Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities for the project.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
-1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to listen & speak China and English is an added advantage.
-Have valid driving license
