Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and Vietnam labor law.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all factory-level roles including workers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Collaborate with local agencies and government employment offices.

• Plan and execute recruitment process to ensure manpower fulfillment aligns with the approved workforce plan.

3. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations and company policies.

• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and resolve conflicts fairly and legally.

• Liaise with local labor authorities if needed.

4. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.

• Support factory leaders in performance discussions and improvement plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits.

• Benchmark wages and benefits against local market standards.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

7. HR Administration & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and reports.

• Generate HR metrics for decision-making and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment (F&B industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance.

• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (Vietnamese is a plus).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and culturally adaptable in a multinational work environment.

• Knowledge of factory operations, EHS, or ISO-related HR standards.
