Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies for AI software products.
Identify new market opportunities and segments for AI solutions.
Create sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.

Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Provide training and development opportunities to improve the team's skills in AI software sales.
Track individual and team performance, offering coaching and feedback.

Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' needs in AI and software solutions, providing tailored offerings.
Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure a smooth implementation process for clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of AI software solutions.
Address any concerns or questions during the sales process.

Market Research and Analysis:
Stay up to date on AI trends and advancements in the software industry.
Analyze competitors’ offerings and identify differentiators for your product.
Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and sales strategies.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Close sales deals and manage post-sale client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Reporting:
Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.


Requirements

- Age preferably 35 -45  year

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Business (Tech Sales, Digital, or Marketing), or related field.

- Proven experience in leading sales teams, including target setting, KPI planning, and performance tracking.

- Strong ability to analyze AI/Tech market needs, such as RPA, Chatbots, and Predictive Analytics.

- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
