Responsibilities

• Analyze customer’s health data to plan and develop health innovation that improves their quality of life and longevity.

• Provide customers with professional advice and assist them in managing their healthcare expenses based on medical grounds so as to build customer trust and loyalty as well as become a medical expert.

• Coordinate with customers, partners, and relevant agencies to verify customers’ benefits and coverage before receiving treatments in order to build customer trust.

• Manage customers’ benefits and verification of patients’ rights and Day case surgery as defined in the insurance.

• Support and promote customers’ rights to maximum benefits under the limit for the sake of themselves and the company.

• Assist with projects involved, develop ad hoc reports, and perform other program related duties as related.

Requirements

• Male or female aged between 25 – 40 years.

• Minimum 3 years in nursing and/ or medical care experience

• Able to work in commercial environment and fast moving business

• Problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work

• Confident decision-making skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to work under pressure, creative and energetic.
