Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of job postings and postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and suitability for available positions
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to confirm attendance and provide details about the interview process
Assist in coordinating interviews, including arranging for conference rooms and ensuring that all necessary materials are available
Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team
Assist with reference checks and other pre-employment background checks
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Conduct research on industry best practices and provide recommendations for improving our recruitment processes
